Alright, I just wanna share to you all some tips from me about how to enjoy the carrier work based on my own experience.
First, good ability and high competence
Every work absolutely needs some competences and also good ability. I am a lecturer. So, I push myself upgrading teaching skill, how to make best research, and how to apply the knowledge to the society. You can join seminars, workshops, lectures, etc to upgrade your skill in your work field.
Second, agility and fast adaptation
Working in the new field is a challenging. Some of us will get tired, bored, and else. Please study how to adapt fast in that field. Study about how to manage the work well. Have a discipline routine in your agenda and see what happen with you later. I suggest read a book about agility.
Third, socialize with working partner
You are not working alone in the office. Many of your things needs another help. So, as you socialize well, as you get the best work environment and stay there for a long time properly.
Fourth, knowing your limit and bravely saying no on your nonjob task
In a day, as a worker, we have some tasks to do. If in the middle day, or in the end of day someone tell you to do something beside your task and you feel okey not to do that, say no to them. It shows your personality how to attract with another.
Maybe thats all my fourth tips to enjoy the working whereever you are. Hopefully these tips helpful for you all.
